1. Brief Introduction of Digital Gloss Measurement Instruments NHG60
1) NHG60 portable 60 degree gloss meter with touch screen 1000gu, whose complete proprietary intellectual property rights are fully owned by 3nh, was researched and developped complying with the international standard ISO2813 and China national standard GB/T9754, also the standard ASTM D 523 and ASTM D 2457.
As the whole world's first model of glossmeter which is fully screen-touch operational and with a ultra-large display, NHG60 features the accurate measurement, simple operation and stable performance. 5 groups of data can be displayed on screen simultaneously, easy to compare. The standard data value can also be manually input.
NHG60 has three measuring modes: Basic Mode, the simplest sample measurement mode; Statistical Mode, the measuring mode with statistical function, display the measurement value, average value, max value, min value, standard deviation value, differential value and the PASS/FAIL result; Continous Mode, the times of measurement and time interval can be set before measuring, when press the measuring key, the instrument will operate according to the settings.

In general, gloss meter has 20 °, 45 °, 60 °, 75 °and 85 °specifications. Then how to choose gloss meter angles ? If our customers required us what angle gloss meter to measure the gloss data then we need choose according to the customer's request.
If the customer didn’t specify what angle, it can choose 60 °general version gloss meter, 20 °angle meter is generally used in the gloss products higher than 70Gu, 85 °angle is generally used in gloss products less than 10 °, 45 °And 75 °angles used less, 45 °gloss meter is mainly used for the surface gloss measurement of plastic film, 75 °gloss meter is mainly used for enamel surface gloss measurement.
